- Kate Drew Added April 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware fine hair girls...these guys are not experts. I drove 2 hours to Elite because they advertise as being 'specialists' in extensions. I had already paid a fortune for very heavy, unnatural extensions at another salon, resulting in the loss of my hair. I explained this clearly only to have the exact same thing happen again only worse! They put so many in and charged a fortune. You have to pay a lot extra for a cut to shape them. I was in agony, they stayed in one week and I lost much of my hair all over again. Another salon told me it was ridiculous how many had been bonded in. My hair is medium fine and shoulder length normally. I asked for half of my money back and felt this was more than fair. They just wouldnt budge and clearly dont give a damn about ripping off customers.
