This gym is an all over body wellness club, it truly feels like an escape rather than a chore. I fully recommend this club to any ladies ready to live a healthier mindful life.

Previous to this club, I moved around a few of the larger gyms on the Gold Coast and found it a struggle to get motivated to achieve anything, let alone set goals and achieve them. I felt like I was just on a mouse wheel, wasting my time. Belinda and her team immediately made me feel welcome and planned a routine to improve my fitness and most importantly, my well being. From day one, I felt empowered. Each week I grew in confidence, to the point that as well as the classes and weight sessions I enjoy yoga & mediation twice a week, something I thought I would never do, but always wanted to. Thank you to the team at Samara you are all amazing!
