    Had the worst encounter trying to upgrade my plan with a guy that works there with brown longish hair a bit curly. Don’t go to him he was so arrogant and rude will never shop here again!!!

    The Big browed Butch woman was that rude we left and changed providers that day and went with Telstra. Enjoying our new phones with a company that knew how to make us feel welcome.

    I have been with Optus for nearly 20 years and have always had good service until I went to the Runaway bay store, on more than two occasions rude staff. My son also experienced the same rudeness when he went into this branch. I have today heard from a friend of mine who today was treated disgustingly by the staff that work there, which prompted me to write this review...something I have never done before...Shame on you ! Runaway bay Optus. Southport optus are lovely and very nice to deal with.
